The LIBERTY® PAC (Protection Anti-Collapse) System with balanced and independent settings guarantees an optimum anterior chamber stability.
The LIBERTY® System´s handpiece allows an easy, safe and secure emulsification of very soft as well as very hard nuclei. Additionally LIBERTY® guarantees a better power control in order to deliver only the needed amount of energy.
The LIBERTY® short occlusion system for vitreoretinal surgery minimizes the oscillation of pressure generated by the vitreous cutter. It allows a very stable aspiration during posterior Vitrectomy even for membrane-peeling very close to the retina.
The LIBERTY® Push-Pull System features two compressed air lines (one for opening and the other one for closing) to control the blade. This assures precise control of the opening time and the occlusion period of aspiration, which has been fixed at 15 msec regardless of the cutting speed. It can thus avoid the creation of tractions (trampoline effect) generated by the cutter close to the retina.
