Even under decreasing diameters of the capsular bag BARRETT IOL optimally disperses the forces of the haptics onto the capsular bag. Therefore, damage of the capsular bag can be widely avoided compared to other IOLs featuring common C-loop haptics.

BARRETT IOL optimally adapts to all sizes of the capsular bag and guarantees best posterior projection as well as increased stability inside the capsular bag.
